4.5 miles 38:34 tempo run - 1 mile real ez warmup. 2.5 miles in 19:00. goal pace was 7:30. started out too slow. probably need to finish my warm up faster so i can get into my goal pace quicker. cool down was a mile really slow for first quarter then built into a nice 8 min mile pace for last 3/4 mile.
