am - 11mi, 84:39 (7:41) Noticed I was pushing to get under 7 minute pace, so slowed down. This week is for mileage, not fast stuff.
pm - 9mi, 74:21 (8:15) Usually when I go this slow it's because I'm hurting...today it's just what felt easy. Definitely could have kept going at the end of this run...that's encouraging.
nice work on the dub. dont worry about going too slow man. just listen to the body and dont worry about hitting a certain pace.
