is ks an acronym for the workout we did when i was in Eugene? (something "sweets")
Ha no, ks is kilometers. What we did was Swede Johnsons.
ah. i have never seen it used like that. is it some cool running lingo to refer to 1km repeats as "ks"?..
I suppose it is...I think it's pretty normal to call it a "k", as in "5k".
let me rephrase: if there were numbers or other words adjacent to "ks" i would have gotten it. sorry to continue this but it's friday and I still need to kill one more hour of "work"...
