Luke - 8

8mi, 55:50 (6:58)
1.6-mile loop in 11:28, 1.4-mile loop in 9:28. Saw some fast Kenyans out on Pre's Trail. They made me feel slow.

    Were they wearing Kenyan flags?

    I bet they were impressed at the fast running American.

    They were wearing Oregon Track Club gear, and I recognized one of them as Sally Kipyego and just sort of assumed the Kenyan-ness of the two guys she was with. Maybe I was being racist?
