Luke - 8.75

8.75mi, 67:12 (7:40)
Fox Hollow. 7:15 up (fast!), 8:09 down (slow!). I fell on the way down, got a few holes in my hands (stigmata!) and some cuts on my legs (leg cuts!). Only surface injuries though, no bruises or back pain or anything, so it's totally fine.

    To repeat what you told me a few years ago when I told the tale of an injury laden run, people probably thought you looked really badass.
