7.25mi, 54:06 (7:27)
Mile loops of 7:57, 7:33, 7:26, 7:21, 7:15, and 6:58. I was real tired when I got home so I didn't run until late. I planned on just doing three loops, but I felt good so I kept going and did a little acceleration.
