Luke - 11

11mi, 80:51 (7:21)

3x1.4-mile loop in 10:38, 10:10, 10:09, then 20 minutes barefoot on the grass. The sun was out for a bit this morning, so the grass was the perfect temperature.

    Well yeah it wasn't the fifth Luke run in a row, but when I wrote that, the top five posts on the blog were all mine.
