So I have this crazy idea that I'm going to run a 2 minute 800. I've been doing some sprint training recently to get my speed up. Warmed up about 4 minutes, went through drills like skips, high knees, and such then started the workout. My goal was to have a smooth, controlled effort, probably like 90-95%.
2 100 meter strides
2x200 in 30, 31 (3 min recovery between)
1x400 in 76 (some ass clown walked into lane 1 costing me probably 1 or 2 seconds)
