27:37 - 9:03 pace
This week I start my half marathon/H2C training. I have 3,3,3 and then 4 on the weekend. Pretty mundane but it will be three days in a row and four runs for the week so it should give me a good workout. I think every other week the Wednesday's are race pace runs, so that should help my speed. I think I'll also work in a couple track workouts too.
