Distance: 2 miles; Speed: 4.4mph; Locale: Incline Treadmill
Today I did "other types of cardio" but I did 2 miles running on the inclined treadmill, at an incline of 15.00, which is tough. I was only running about 4.4 mph but it was grueling. Even my arms hurt.
My abs are sore from yesterday, so they hurt during this, but it is a good reminder how much you use your abs during running, especially hills.
