Did the short loop of Pre's, then took a loop on the BMX track (so fun and hard!) then took the trail around the pond and onto the longer loop of Pre's, then back home. Felt pretty good...a lot of runs the last few months I've felt (and been) a lot slower than before, so it was good to not feel that way on this run. Some of it probably has to do with running in the middle of the day.

yeh its weird how that works. i just did a run yesterday that was like 5 minutes faster than the exact same run a few days earlier. mostly i think because it was saturday afternoon versus tuesday night after work
