Out on a bike path 2.4 miles, then on a trail for 2 miles straight uphill, 1 mile of rolling hills, and 2 miles straight downhill, then back on the bike path again. Pushed a bit, and felt good enough the last couple miles to accelerate from 6:40 pace to 5:40 pace. GPS info here.
