Track workout. Decided to run a 3200 and 1600 after a little bit of recovery. I can't remember if I did a 400 recovery in between so I'll assume I just did a standing recovery for a few minutes. I usually don't do a full recovery for workouts like this. Also my cooldown got deleted but I'm sure I did at least 1 mile.
