I was trudging through this run cuz my legs felt like garbage after yesterday's track workout. Had only about 14 hrs in between runs. My right leg was so tight. I have to run several days in a row cuz I was traveling for a few days this week and I'm going to be traveling next week too. On this particular run sometimes I run up this steep hill near the end of the run that is about 160 meters. Made it up in 59 seconds on this day.
