Mile loops of 8:22, 8:16, and 8:12, with Zack. We both kinda just felt like crap but we got through it. I need to stop getting home from work and sitting there for 2-3 hours before running...I've been doing it a lot the last few weeks and it's a terrible cycle of not getting enough sleep.
