Luke - 7.5
Workout with the Flyers (although I ran the whole thing alone). 14' w/u; 6x3x200m, 200m rest between reps, 2 minutes rest between sets; 16' c/d. Splits were: 34, 37, 37 / 34, 36, 36 / 35, 37, 36 / 35, 37, 35 / 35, 37, 38 / 35, 36, 36. This was all on the bark; I'd say that added a couple seconds per. Legs were pretty sore after--first time I've done this much "speed" in a long while.
