Manhattan Beach trail. Full out and back. My legs were aching a lot the last few miles. Didn't feel great on this run at all. I was planning to run 30 miles this week but I will probably just do 25 again to let my body adjust. I'm going to take a swim lesson on Friday and possibly start swimming once a week. I think I could get some good aerobic benefits from swimming as I continue to up my running mileage.
