Still a bit sore from the race Sunday, so I took it pretty easy on the track with the Flyers. Easy 4 mile tempo in 27:46. The group was doing 600 repeats so I joined for one near the end of the workout. Ran the first 200 in :43, then accelerated and closed the final 400 in 1:20. Felt pretty good. I'm doing another 10k on May 30, so hopefully I can finally break 40...
