First trial run with the Garmin gps watch. Not at all impressed so far. My first lap registered as .27 miles and I ran in lane 1. Same mismeasurement continued for the whole run. Each 1600m was 1.08 miles. I realized for track workouts I should probably turn autosplit off so I can take splits when I want. For the actual workout I did a 3200m and a 1600 m. I wanted to do a 3 mi tempo but I wasn't feeling it halfway in. So I split it up. Times were decent. It was super hot and I was running solo. I put one garmin link before if you're interested.
