Steve - 3ish
I went for a run on early Sunday morning. I was pretty sore from a gym workout on Friday where I did squats and some other stuff that basically made my upper and lower legs sore. For my runs lately I haven't been keeping the time or distance. I'm just focusing on running and enjoying it. Also I listen to music while running. It's necessary for me right now since I'm trying to build the habit of running regularly again and have been battling laziness.
