My right foot has been hurting since the day after my last run, 5 days ago. It's the ball, but then I can feel it in the left side and in my left knee when I walk on it. Been limping, not in pain, but noticably limping.
Not sure if this, even at 4mph, was a good idea, but I wanted to try it out. Trying all the usual stuff to get better, though could probably do with keeping off it more.

Little nagging injuries like that are so aggravating. Hope it gets better soon man!
