Another run that started hard, and followed drinking of beer and cider, so had low expectations. But then as I kept it steady, I found it easier, and got into a relaxed groove. Maybe the energy drinks I've been drinking helped, but I like to hope that I'm finally getting back to my England abilities where running isn't a constant physical pain (albeit slow). Exciting!
It also allowed me to get an unexpected new weekly record. Woo!
