A pretty easy run after taking a month-long break (sans a run a week ago) -- we joined a new gym (which is actually my old gym) and I like it a lot. I'm running 10-minute miles, so lots of improvement to go to get back to the PRs I was setting 5 years ago. Can I do at 30 what I was achieving at 25? I think so.
