The Butte run, but did the 1.6-mile loop on the way back also. My legs were pretty dead for the last three miles or so...the rest of the run they didn't feel so hot but the splits were a bit faster than usual. I guess that's to be expected after a few days of mileage-laziness: a bit faster from being tapered, a bit out of shape from having not run enough the past five days. The four (4) pull-ups on the way back felt pretty good though.
Splits: 12:05, 14:42, 9:01, 7:12, 8:25, 3:48, 3:18 (58:35) / 3:25, 2:41, 6:21, 5:47, 13:38 (1.6), 8:14, 15:41, 12:27.
