Another lunch run, but this time it was sunny! I still kept on my dri-fit long sleeve the whole time, but it was pretty much perfect out. My left hamstring is really bugging me, it's pretty irritating. I'm wondering if some light weight lifting or wall sits would help strengthen it back to normal more than just running on it would, since just running doesn't seem to be helping much.
