Zack - 10.25

22 minute warmup, 3 x 1 mi (5:48, 5:41, 5:35) w/ 2:00 rest alternating track and bark with some friends and the Eugene Running Company's Thursday night group.

Ran nearly all of the workout with Renee (a top female runner in the area) and we stayed together for about 2.5 of these miles. It was great having company. Long 32 minute cool down where I was still feeling really springy despite the solid miles thrown in there. This workout is a sign of progress, but I must stay after it!
