2mi w/u (16:28), 4mi tempo (24:44), 2mi c/d (15:21). Same route as last week, but a little further. Splits: 1:40, 97 (downhill), 93 (uphill), 91, 92, 93, 92, 93, 90, 90, 89, 91, 92, 89 (downhill), 94 (uphill), 91. A little faster and a little longer than last week, and felt better. Was a bit colder than I expected--gotta start wearing gloves again.
