Two miles warmup (16:10), three miles tempo (18:42), and two miles cooldown (15:23). Ran on the bike path (quarter-mile markers) and planned on running the first two quarters at 100 and 95, then the rest 90s...actual splits were 99, 95 (slightly downhill), 97 (uphill), 92, 91, 93 (9:30 at the turnaround), 88, 94, 91, 86 (downhill), 96 (slightly uphill), 94 (9:12). Felt like I was going harder than tempo while I was running it, but I should really be able to do better than 6:15 pace for a 3-mile tempo considering my race paces. Probably just a bit rusty.
