I was feeling pretty fubar today so I ran for about 15 minutes after my weight training and then went home. We moved a bunch of furniture over the weekend and I think that really took it out of me as well as lack of good sleep the night before.
Had an excellent pudding I made from chia seeds though. Highly recommended for energy and protein and taste! (I just soaked chia seeds overnight in almond milk with lemon zest and then added Morani Splenda-sweetened coconut flavoring in just before serving.
