FINALLY got my speed up a little bit - did this in about 31 minutes. I had the incline at 1.0 most of the time so I think that helped. I did a core class before and I think I was just so glad that that class was over that it helped me run better.
OMG you guys, you have to read that Roger Ebert memoir!
