Dave and Zack and I drove out to Springfield and met up with a half-dozen other runners for a longish run on the Weyerhauser logging road.  It was a good time, although my stomach hurt the second half--again, I need to catch up on sleep.  Afterward we all sat around at the Starbucks inside the Albertsons for some snacks and some running talk.
