Total time around track and to/from my house ~ 16:00
I started playing basketball every Wednesday in the Portland city league with the guys from work a couple weeks ago, and I've been so dead during the games that I decided its time to do some focused training.
I ran down the street to the Wilson High School track and did a couple laps as a warmup, then I did some 100's at 70%. My left hammy was feeling a little iffy so I didn't want to go all out. After those I did two 200's, at 44 seconds each. I know that's slow but I needed to start somewhere and have something to beat for next time. After those I went to the stadium steps and did 3x's up every step, 2x's every other step, and one time hopping up each step with both feet. After that I was pretty gassed so I jogged slowly home. Felt great to finally get my lazy ass outside and work out.

Anyone else get in any workouts this month? I'm playing basketball games on Wednesdays again, so my goal is to be playing or working out 4 times a week.
