Was planning to repeat yesterdays run, or something like it, but quickly got the idea that I should have been resting instead, so I cut it short. My legs were sore, but they aren't now. The fact though that nearly 30 mins of running is cutting it short (I decided at about minute 9) must mean progress of the mental flavour.

And I'm sorry it's not particularly relevant to anyone else here, but from the above link I was very excited to find a group called Vegan Runners UK. They also have a blogspot.
