TT was 3:55 (78, 80, 76). Went into another gear in the last 100m just to make sure it was there, then backed off again. There was probably another gear beyond that one too. I think I should be good for the race on Saturday. If I hold the pace I ran for this 1200 for 5000 meters, it comes out to a 16:19. I didn't feel like I could do that during the TT, but I do feel faster in my racing clothes and flats, and with competition, etc.
Easy runs the next 3 days, then 5k Saturday morning!
