Mile loops of 7:35, 7:13, 7:17, 7:21, and 6:41. Ran with my new roommate...had to show off for him on the last one, so I ran the last quarter mile of it pretty quick. He's just getting back into running and is looking to increase his mileage, so I get to take him on all the good Eugene runs.

ReplyDeleteanyway, i was doing some core/rehab stuff yesterday cuz I didn't run and remembered that you said were going to be doing pushups/situps after each run. just wanted to check up on your progress there. i myself never feel like doing pushups, but i have to do this rehab crap...
No, we haven't had DoughCo yet...I'm broke until my financial aid gets here at the end of the month so it's potatoes and waffles till then.
ReplyDeleteYeah I've been keeping up on the situps and pushups. I do a couple sets of 20 situps, a couple sets of 10-15 pushups, and planks a couple times, after every run. Gradually increasing. Pretty soon I'll be swoll and the ladies will be all up ons.
hellz yeah. i need to start doing crunches and pushups on a regular basis again.
