I intended to go longer than this originally, but I wasn't feeling up to it. Body was aching today. Decided to cut it short and will definitely take a day off tomorrow with my race on Monday. I need to make sure I do my rehab stuff for my hip and knee since they wont get better if I just ignore them. I didn't take mile splits for each mile, but the last two were 8:16 and 7:32.
