Steve - 6.75
Usually I do a tempo run on Wednesday with the Flyers. Since I raced pretty hard this weekend, I decided to take it easy. 1.5 warmup, 4 miles in 31:00, and then 1.25 cool down barefoot. I have to run early tomorrow morning because I got home too late on Thursday after getting my car fixed again (for something minor this time thank god). Half marathon is only 9 days away!
