Felt like I haven't run in a month and weighed about 200 lbs on this run. Form was all wacky, but at least my knee wasn't killing me by the end. I might stick to this shorter route for awhile. These past 2-3 weeks since I started my new job have been going by so fast, I need to concentrate on running at least 2 times a week....
In other news, today I learned some of the guys I work with are thinking about training for the Portland Marathon next year, so maybe I'll train and run it with them! That could be fun....
