I wore: a watch, boxers, shorts, sweats, gloves, t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, socks, a beanie and my trainers. I had to intermittently take off my beanie and put it back on when my head got too hot or cold. Just glad I did this run, even if my knee hurt like a bitch again toward the end and I had to force myself to try and not limp-run. Maybe next run I'll do my 3.47 mile route so it's not so tough on my weak leg. I think that since I'm now sitting at a desk all day I'm going to have to concentrate harder on rehabbing my hip/knee during the week, even if I'm not running...
