Luke - 6.8

6.8mi, 52:31 (7:43)
1.5-mile loop of Pre's Trail in 12:00.  Super tired today.  I realize now that 6.8 miles might be a bit too long for a recovery day, at my current level of fitness.  But: "The thing is to get out and run.  Later you can wonder whether you should have or not." - Rob de Castella
