Steve - 5.4

This may go down as one of my worst track workouts ever. I wanted to make up for missing my track workout earlier in the week so I ran at a track a few miles from my house on Friday night. It's a 5 lane track and is mostly used by walkers. There's also tons of soccer games going on in the infield. It was basically a disaster with people always standing in lane 1 and not paying attention and soccer balls going on the track repeatedly. Not to mention it was windy. I wanted to do some 800s and the times were pretty bad. I got through four of them (with about 2 min recovery for each) before I scrapped the workout and did a 1600. Got through that and then did a cool down and got the hell out of there.
