Chris - 3.47

27:47 - 8:00 pace

I did a shorter route today after work (and no long run this weekend) because playing basketball on Saturday made my shins pretty sore. I think the heat really got to me on this one. Ran a little too hard going out and my body just wasn't having it. My legs didn't have much energy. But the good news is it didn't seem to bother my shins too much if I ran on my midfoot, so I'm going to do a longer run tomorrow since I don't have anywhere to be in the evening.
