Almost didn't run today...I was tired when I got home from work and ended up taking a nap from 7:30-8:30, and when I woke up felt even more tired. Lazed around on the Internet for a few hours and wasn't feeling terribly tired, and ended up checking out a few of my old bookmarks, and ended up getting inspired by them. Headed to the track at 11:30pm to see what I'd end up doing, and lasted a lot longer than I expected. I took splits but didn't look at them the entire time, and only just now added them up to see how far I'd gone. The start line of the track is about 700m away, and I took a bathroom break for a total of 200m, so it ended up being a nice round number. I started out taking .25mi splits and then made them a bit longer since I knew my watch can only handle 30 laps. Every once in a while I'd do a fastish lap, just whenever I felt like it.
