Chris - 3.22

What a great run. I had great energy the whole time, and even though my left calf started to tighten up toward the end I was able to push it all the way. I ran up the big hill behind my place. Mapmyrun.com says I climbed about 371 ft in a mile and a half. I don't know if that's very much or not but it felt like it! Also, I've started to do pushups and crunches everyday before I shower after work. I can already tell it's working so that's pretty cool. One of my best friends (who usually isn't that active) is getting married and is running and working out every day and kinda spurred me on to do this. I'm always in better shape than him so I can't let him outdo me now! My final time was 25:01 for a pace of 7:46.
