Tempo run on the wood chips. Had a hard time keeping my target pace because my legs get tired faster. The trail gets kind of deep around the second and third mile and slows me down a good deal. Aerobically I didn't have trouble. It was all in the legs. Hit 40 miles for the week! Lots of milestones for me lately. Hopefully a big PR next Sunday in my 5k...
