KB - 5.5 miles

Ran in the hottest part of the day today and I regret it. It wasn't even that hot. But I remembered something about halfway thru my run... I don't like the heat. It was probably somewhere in the low 70's so I shouldn't complain. Anyways, the run went alright. I maybe went out too fast, but did alright keeping my pace. Some guy passed me like I was standing still. Slightly disheartening, but I got over it really quick because some old lady walking thru the park was like "Oh, my!" when I ran by her. It made me feel good.
