Luke - 10
10mi, 75:53 (7:41) Body felt tired most of run, but started feeling stronger near the end of the run. I took the insoles out of my shoes before I started, and they felt great, and I didn't have to hassle with putting the right one back in every couple miles. It felt almost like running barefoot; I think I'll continue to run without them. I've been thinking about getting a second pair of shoes and alternating wearing each pair, so maybe I'll get a pair for when I'll be running on the road more, and use the insole-less Frees for runs that are mostly on bark, like today.
