KB - lame

yeah thats right... lame. I went water running for about 45 minutes. I did it pretty hard too. when i got out of the pool i had to sit there for a few minutes before i was capable of standing up. Its boring and exhausting, but worth it to strengthen and prevent further injury

  1. That's pretty cool though. When I hurt my ankle playing basketball a few years ago I always said I wanted to rehab it by going swimming. But I never did....
