3 in 25:29. Same run a minute slower 2 days ago and 2 minutes slower 3 days ago. I opened up the stride a bit towards the end for some striders. Now that's it a few hours later, my right hamstring is tight, but I dont think it will affect me too much. I used to always run with tight hamstrings. Anyway, here are my goals for the 5k tomorrow:
A. 18:30
B. 19:15
C. 19:35

There should be a smaller gap between A & B than between B & C, seems to me. Oh and D goal should be "have fun."
