Final track session before my race on Saturday. 4x200. They weren't full speed, all-out, but they were a hard effort. I would say around 95% effort. They were smooth and I kept my form, so it might have been a hair lower than that effortwise. I wasn't breathing really really hard after, but I couldn't have kept the same pace for more than 30-40 meters longer. I recovered for about 3-4 minutes in between each. Times were 31, 30, 32, 31. I will edit this post later with the corrected times to decimal places because I'm anal like that. I feel like if I ran all out, I could have run 28 today. Perhaps in spikes a 27.
As usual, we went to Chipotle afterwards. I got a Burrito Bol with extra black beans and steak.
